Suppose

Suppose there were no God above,
Or no such thing as everlasting love,
Suppose their was no Son Of Man
To die for our Redemption Plan.

Suppose that Satan ruled this earth,
Roaming to and fro;
Spreading hate, contempt and greed
With the evil seed he'd sow.

Suppose there were no sunshine,
Just darkness all around,
And grace, with love and goodness,
Were nowhere to be found.

Oh, what pain and misery
Our souls would suffer then,
If there had been no Savior
As a ransom for our sins.

No Promise

There's no promise for tomorrow;
So let's help some lost soul today
Ease a brother's pain and sorrow,
Help someone lost to find their way.

Life is short, and the burdens we bear;
Are too heavy to carry with no one to share
So as every day passes, let's not waste one minute,
Each new day is precious, because the Lord sent it.

Tell someone that you hold dear;
How much it means to have them near
Don't put off the words you need to say,
By thinking you'll have one more day.

So, let us take one day at a time;
There's no promise that tomorrow, will be yours, or mine.
Let's live each new day like it may be our last,
By treasuring our present, not re-living the past.

Bless His Holy Name!

Praise The Lord, and" Bless His Holy Name!"
Even though I don't deserve it,
You know He loves me just the same.
So, I look toward the Heaven's, from whence my blessings came,
And I sing, "Praise the Lord, and Bless His Holy Name!"

God sent down His only Son;
To bare the cross and take my place
He filled my heart and soul with love,
When He saved me by His Grace.

We know that He was merciful,
Because he healed the blind and lame,
And that's why I look toward Heaven,
And sing," Bless His Holy Name!"

So, if you don't know my Savior;
My friend, if you are lost
Just give your heart and soul to Him,
He will help to bare your cross.

God's love never changes;
It still remains the same,
So, Let's all stand up together,
And sing, "Bless His Holy Name!"

Basking In His Spirit

I've been basking in the Holy Spirit;
Soaking up God's Son,
Telling everyone I know of,
About the wonderful things He's done.

Singing His songs and Praises;
About the days of old,
Just telling everyone about His love,
And how He saved my soul.

My friends, I hope you'll join me;
In soaking up His Grace,
Praising Him and shouting,
About how He took our place.

I'm wrapped up in His spirit;
And basking in His love,
Just soaking up the blessings,
From my Father up above:

You can call Him night or day.
The only requirement is bended knees

His line is never busy.
It's open 24 hours a day.
There's no charge for His compassion
At 1-800-PRAY.

He won't keep you waiting
Or hanging on the line.
And when you go to Him in prayer,
He's always right on time.

He never takes vacations,
Not even for one day.
He waits for us to call on Him,
At 1-800-PRAY.

He's always there to lend an ear
For our problems, great or small.
He's more than glad to talk with us,
When we make His toll free call.

Hear My Plea

Lord, hear my plea and supplications.
Feel my sadness and despair.
Wrap your loving arms around me,
As I come to You in prayer.

Lift these heavy burdens from me.
Make them feel as light as air.
Let me cast my fears upon You,
Tell You of my every care.

Let Your humble Spirit guide me,
While I'm, down here, on my knees.
I can feel Your love inside me.
You put my heart and mind at ease.

There is no sweeter feeling
Than having You as my dear friend,
Because I know You truly love me
And Your love will never end.

I Am

I am the Giver of Life and the Taker thereof.
I created the stars and the Heavens, above.
I am the Way, The Truth, and the Light.
I am the Father of 'The Great Sacrifice'.

I am Compassion, forgiveness, and Grace.
I am your Mercy, your Strength, and your Faith.
I am Forever and forever will be
In your heart and your soul,
If you'll just call upon Me!

Just Knock

Just knock and the door will open.
Seek and I know you will find
The outstretched arms of the Savior,
Saying, "Put your trusting hands into mine."

For, His way is the doorway to Heaven
And, if you ask, He'll give you the key.
With arms open wide, He'll say, "Come inside."
He'll be your fortress, for Eternity.

If you'll seek His face, your sins He'll erase
And your burdens He'll help you to bear.
So just knock on His door, you'll find peace, evermore,
With a love so unique and so rare.
